Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Snappora's QR photo album service ("Snappora", "Service") provided by Snappora ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have a parent or guardian's consent to use Snappora.
• You're responsible for ensuring you have the legal authority to host the event and to collect photos and videos from your guests under applicable laws.

2. Your account & event

Account

You may create one account per email address. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Event content

You retain ownership of all photos, videos, names, dates, and other content you upload or that your guests contribute to your event album ("Event Content"). You grant Snappora a limited license to host, transmit, back up, and deliver this content as part of providing the Service.

Your responsibilities

• Tell your guests, in a manner you find appropriate, that scanning the QR card means uploading photos and short videos to your album.
• Moderate Event Content as you see fit using the dashboard's hide/remove tools.
• Don't use Snappora to collect content that's illegal, infringing, harassing, or otherwise unsuitable for the event audience.

3. Payment & refunds

• Pricing — published on our pricing page and shown at checkout. The price displayed at checkout for your event is the price you pay: a one-time payment per event, with no subscription and no auto-renewal.
• Payment methods — in Indonesia, payments are processed by Xendit (QRIS, e-wallets such as GoPay, OVO, DANA and ShopeePay, bank transfer / virtual account, and major cards) in Indonesian Rupiah. International payments are processed by PayPal in US Dollars.
• Refunds — you may request a full refund at any time before your album is published (made live to guests). After publication, refunds are at our discretion. Changing your event date is free.
• Your album clock starts on the event date — not the purchase date, so buying early never shortens your album's life.
• Disputed charges — please email privacy@snappora.com before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.

4. Album lifetime & downloads

• Albums stay live for the period included in your package — 3, 6, or 12 months depending on the tier — measured from the event date.
• You can download a full-resolution ZIP of all photos and video wishes any time during the album lifetime, directly from your dashboard.
• After the album lifetime ends, content is removed from active servers. We recommend downloading your ZIP within the first 30 days.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Use the Service to host content that's illegal, defamatory, infringes third-party rights, or violates the privacy of minors.
• Resell or rebrand the Service without an explicit white-label agreement.
• Use automated tools to scrape album content from URLs you don't own.
• Interfere with the Service's normal operation (load attacks, abuse of upload endpoints, etc.).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep Snappora available 24/7, especially during your event date. However, we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Where downtime affects an active event, we'll work in good faith to restore service or extend album lifetime as appropriate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Snappora and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific event in question during the prior 12 months.

This does not exclude or limit liability for negligence resulting in death or personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Indonesian law.

8. Termination

• You can stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, on reasonable notice where practical.
• Sections 3 (paid amounts), 5 (acceptable use), 7 (liability), and 9 (governing law) survive termination.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. Failing that, they will be resolved by the courts of competent jurisdiction in Indonesia.
