Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Snapora's QR-card photo album service ("Snapora", "Service") provided by Snapora, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or have a parent or guardian's consent to use Snapora.
- You're responsible for ensuring you have the legal authority to host the event and to collect photos and videos from your guests under applicable laws.
2. Your account & event
Account
You may create one account per email address. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Event content
You retain ownership of all photos, videos, names, dates, and other content you upload or that your guests contribute to your event album ("Event Content"). You grant Snapora a limited license to host, transmit, back up, and deliver this content as part of providing the Service.
Your responsibilities
- Tell your guests, in a manner you find appropriate, that scanning the QR card means uploading photos and short videos to your album.
- Moderate Event Content as you see fit using the dashboard's hide/remove tools.
- Don't use Snapora to collect content that's illegal, infringing, harassing, or otherwise unsuitable for the event audience.
3. Payment & refunds
- Pricing — quoted per event via Instagram direct message. The quote provided in writing is binding for 14 days from issue.
- Payment — accepted via Indonesian bank transfer, QRIS, major e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay), or credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard). Final price in Indonesian Rupiah.
- Refunds — if you cancel at least 14 days before the event date, you may request a full refund minus any setup costs already incurred. Within 14 days of the event, refunds are at our discretion.
- Disputed charges — please contact us via Instagram before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
4. Album lifetime & downloads
- Albums stay live for 3 months from the event date (unless your specific plan says otherwise).
- You can download a full-resolution ZIP of all photos and video wishes any time during the album lifetime, directly from your dashboard.
- After the album lifetime ends, content is removed from active servers. We recommend downloading your ZIP within the first 30 days.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
- Use the Service to host content that's illegal, defamatory, infringes third-party rights, or violates the privacy of minors.
- Resell or rebrand the Service without an explicit white-label agreement.
- Use automated tools to scrape album content from URLs you don't own.
- Interfere with the Service's normal operation (load attacks, abuse of upload endpoints, etc.).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep Snapora available 24/7, especially during your event date. However, we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Where downtime affects an active event, we'll work in good faith to restore service or extend album lifetime as appropriate.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Snapora and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific event in question during the prior 12 months.
This does not exclude or limit liability for negligence resulting in death or personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Indonesian law.
8. Termination
- You can stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, on reasonable notice where practical.
- Sections 3 (paid amounts), 5 (acceptable use), 7 (liability), and 9 (governing law) survive termination.
9. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. Failing that, they will be resolved by the courts of competent jurisdiction in Indonesia.
